Carey's Words: I grew up spending every fall in the in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and this is the place I grew to love the mountains. The smells of the wet earth, the crunch of leaves under my feet, to this day, bring within me a sense of peace and contentment. The mountains speak and in the wilderness uncluttered by life I can hear. This is why I am at Summit. I believe God has chosen the wilderness as a place to speak to people and the lessons and adventures learned are powerful and life changing.
