Seasonal Positions Depending upon need, Summit Adventure hires 4-12 new staff for each summer Sierra program. These positions include Wilderness Instructor, Logisitics Staff, Base Coordinator, and Cook. Applications will be accepted between January 1 and March 1. It is recommended you return your application as early as possible. Hiring is completed around March 15 for the summer season.
